Chickens
Along with beef, we offer pastured poultry. Our birds are grown without antibiotics or hormones, as well as not having any animal byproducts in their feed. The birds go out on pasture after they are fully feathered and about four weeks old. We offer these birds during the summer months directly from our farm, ordered whole or divided.
Eggs
With our pastured hens we offer eggs which also can be picked up at our farm. These eggs have a noticeably different colored yolk than conventional eggs. they have been produced by allowing them to roam and forage on a number of different plants and insects - quite a treat for them!
